Guangzhou Jingyuan Mechano-Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd. acquired Sweden's MAXAGV in 2014, and also jointly invested with Sweden to establish Guangzhou Max Machinery Co., Ltd., of which Jingyuan contributed 51% and Sweden 49%.
